    • Behavior:Participants are expected to maintain decorum and follow the ethical guidelines of Jainism.

    • Curriculum:Courses are structured according to the guidelines provided by JVB and may include various books as reference for learning purpose.
    • Medium of Instruction: :The medium of instruction will be primarily in Hindi, with some courses available in English.
  1. Evaluation and Certification:
    • Examinations:Participants must appear for and pass all required examinations and assessments.
    • Online/ Offline:Participants has to appear Online/ Offline/ Written Exam as per chosen Course. Candidate comply and affirms that he/ she is not following any unfair means of use while doing it online from his/ her home.
    • Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate from SSS. Toppers/ Merit Holders: All toppers of respective Course shall be honored in annual Convocation Ceremony. Those not participating in the Convocation Ceremony shall receive Certificates delivered to their doorstep or through local center.
  1. Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
    • Withdrawal: Participants once paid money and confirmed, cannot roll back admission.
    • Refund:No refund is permissible once paid and admission is taken and Order is captured. Making successful online payment means that user has taken admission to respective Course.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality:
    • Data ProtectionPersonal data of participants will be protected and not shared with third parties without consent.
    • Confidentiality:Participants must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course.
  1. Amendments:
    • Changes to Terms:Saman Sanskriti Sankay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Participants will be informed of any changes.
  1. Grievance Redressal:
    • Complaints: Participants can lodge complaints or grievances through the official email id sss@jvbharati.org provided by SSS.
    • Resolution:Efforts will be made to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
